Tonbridge School has seven boarding houses available for residential hire during the school holiday periods. Each boarding house is unique and offers:
- Accommodation for 40-60 guests in a mix of single, twin, and dormitory-style rooms.
- Communal living and recreational spaces, including lounges, games rooms, and kitchenettes.
- Free Wi-Fi.
- Secure entry systems.

Park House
- Capacity: 56 guests
- Room configuration: 43 x singles, 3 x triples, 1 x dorm of four

Parkside
- Capacity: 48 guests
- Room configuration: 46 x singles, 1 x twin
- Facilities: TV and games room, brew room, garden
Judde House
- Capacity: 51 guests
- Room configuration: 39 x singles, 3 x twins, 2 x triples

Hill Side
- Capacity: 61 guests

Ferox Hall

Dining & Catering
All meals are served centrally in the Orchard Centre Dining Room and are included as standard as part of our residential package. The offering can be tailored to cater for:
- Specific dietary requirements and group preferences.
- Packed meals for off-site excursions.
- One-off celebrations, including graduation and farewell dinners.
Facilities & Amenities
In addition to accommodation and catering, guests have access to a wide range of facilities. The availability of these facilities depends on the type of programme or event being hosted but may include use of:
- Sports Centre with a swimming pool, fitness suite, sports hall and tennis courts
- Astro and grass pitches suitable for football, rugby, hockey, and cricket.
- Drama and music facilities with rehearsal and performance spaces.
- Lecture halls and classrooms equipped for academic and professional development events.
